StarKade Comic
A 6-page comic I created as an introduction to the StarKade Universe. I wrote, thumb-nailed, penciled, inked, scanned, captioned and coloured all the pages... putting into action a lot of the skills I've been honing over the last few years. My work is typically digital these days, but despite what I do as a 'professional illustrator', I never stopped drawing. This little comic was an absolute blast to create. Check out the final page for a more detailed synopsis of StarKade, but in short, all of the characters you see here are based on those I created when I was 10 years old. It's been a thrill to build a world for these characters to exist (and to battle!) once again. NOTE: I'll be adding some fun supplemental materials to this post in the near future.
